SRG Warehouse Loan System Overview

First developed in 1994, the SRG Warehouse Loan System utilizes the Microsoft SQL2000 .NET client platform.  This platform facilitates a streamlined workflow operating environment by providing loan level underwriting, disbursement, funds receipt and settlement transactions; collateral and loan transmittal document receipt and shipping control; and comprehensive accounting, operational, sales, management and customer reporting for warehouse lending-related activities.

Maximum flexibility for a variety of originator pricing and management requirements is achieved with our rule-based architecture.  These rules allow user-defined and independently assigned document tracking requirements; rate and fee values, along with their associated incentive and/or penalty trigger parameters; production volume credits; wet/dry limits; and data validation.

Additionally, other associated warehouse relationships may be managed and serviced. Upstream funds borrowed can be assigned with all loan-level transactions and tracked to provide a net interest margin on a loan-by-loan basis. Custodial collateral activities and funds management may also be tracked and managed.

The system generates detailed loan-level general ledger transaction codes, detailed loan-level daily interest history, as well as operational forms and documents. Loss prevention and fraud detection methodologies have been incorporated into the system, providing a first line of defense.

Originators may enter loan funding and collateral shipping requests, plus retrieve operational reports, and communicate with the Warehouse using the innovative SRG DIRECTCONNECT and SRG MESSENGER secure online, real-time technology.
